On March 19, 2009 CUTS ARC Lusaka held its second provincial workshop in Luapula Province. The objectives of the workshop were to:
sensitise the participants on the EIF for Poverty Reduction Project;
to create awareness and to have views on the EIF process; and
create a wider platform for the debate over the EIF processes.
