CUTS International Lusaka held the third provincial workshop under the Better Exploration of Poverty as a Means for Poverty Reduction project on 16th February, 2011 at Cross Roads Lodge in Chipata . The purpose of the Chipata was meeting was to see the formulation of the provincial EIF charters which will interface between CUTS International Lusaka and the National Implementing Unit (NIU) and the implementation of the EIF in General. The workshop was well attended with the Permanent Secretary officiating. The eastern province EIF charter was formed.
