Vidhut Sudhar (in Hindi) is the name of our new newsletter on the Power Reforms programe in Rajasthan.

The 5th Estate or Panchva Stambh (in Hindi) is the name of the newsletter of our project on “Promoting State Accountability and Citizen Empowerment through Budget Analysis”(SAP) being implemented in Rajasthan. This is a quarterly publication and also being published in print. The 5th Estate symbolise the people in a democracy with rest of the pillars legislature, judiciary, executive and media. Targeted sections of the society are women, marginal farmers and agricultural labours.

 The United Nations Guidelines For Consumer Protection--Taking Them Forward

A Report of the lobbying visit to Geneva during the ECOSOC meeting 14-17 July 1995 and its outcome containing the Resolution of 28th July of the ECOSOC seeking expansion of the UN Guidelines for Consumer Protection into the areas of sustainable consumption patterns, UN Secretary General’s Reports of 1995 and 1992 reviewing the implementation of the Guidelines and the Guidelines itself.
